Tracking your order
- Check your email for the tracking number, click on the link. The link will redirect you to the carrier's website.
- Sign into your account, click on "My Order." If you don't have an account, click order status
It can take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update. This does not mean your order hasn't been shipped. Orders ship within 1 business day from the time that the order is completed.
Only orders not processed for shipment may be cancelled (usually within 1 day). Contact Us at your earliest convenience.

Order can be automatically canceled if:
- Billing address does not match payment information
- Shipping address is incomplete
- Item is unavailable
Payment will not be processed for any cancelled orders. An Order cancellation email will be sent out
