The 3 Reasons Why You NEED to Ditch Your Pajamas for Boxer Briefs

Ready to ditch the awkward sleepwear that rides up or bunches in the night, and step into the world of “ahhh, that was the best sleep ever…?” If you're looking for the best underwear for lounging and sleeping, look no further than the Woxer Dreamer boxer brief. Here are three reasons why these bad boys should be your go-to for lazy days and sweet dreams. 1. Wedgies and Lounge Underwear Shouldn’t Jive Why is it that every pair of “sleep shorts” ends up in your crack halfway through the night? It’s annoying, and it’s time for a new solution. So say goodbye to awkward wedgies, and hello to a comfortable fit. Woxer boxer briefs are loose in all the right places, but actually stay in place during the night thanks to a super comfortable, wide elastic waistband. Plus, the breathable material will keep you cool and cozy all night long. 2. Say Goodbye to Boring Non-Functional Lounge Underwear, Hello POCKETS Think for a moment…what could make your bedtime routine even better...? Get your mind out of the gutter, because we’re talking about pockets! Imagine being able to carry your phone, a tissue, or even a snack with you as you lounge in bed. No more having to get up and rummage through drawers to find what you need. Pockets in sleepwear add a whole new level of convenience and comfort. Plus, it's a fun way to add a little extra functionality without sacrificing your beauty sleep. Who wouldn't want to make the most of their downtime by having everything they need right at their fingertips?  3. When You’re Looking for the Perfect Lounge Underwear, It’s All About the Material  Let's face it, sleep is one of the best things in life. Why not make it even better by wearing the most comfortable underwear ever? Woxer boxer briefs are made for lounging, with a natural, eco-friendly fabric called Lenzing Modal. Modal is made from the fibers of beech trees, and it has a number of benefits that make it the best choice for sleep underwear. Firstly, Lenzing Modal is incredibly soft and smooth to the touch, making it gentle against your skin as you sleep. In fact, it’s famous for being TWICE as soft as cotton. So sit back, relax, and sleep like a baby in the softest material you’ve ever experienced.  4. Say Goodbye to Sweaty Sleeps  If you're someone who sweats at night, Woxer boxer briefs may just be the solution you're looking for. Our Lenzing Modal material is highly absorbent, meaning it can wick away moisture and keep you feeling cool and dry all night long. This makes it the perfect choice for those who tend to sweat while they sleep. Plus, the breathable and soft texture of Lenzing Modal makes it gentle against your skin (a life-saver if you’re prone to sweat rashes). So if you're tired of waking up feeling damp and uncomfortable, give Woxer boxer briefs a try. You may be pleasantly surprised by how much they improve your sleep experience! Ready to sleep better? Here’s where you go to get started. And be sure to let us know how your experience goes. We LOVE reviews.  Read more

The History of Women’s Underwear (And Why the Future is COMFY)

Let's talk about our undies! Or rather, let’s talk about the undies of generations past…because it’s been a LONG and winding road to get to Woxer-level comfort. From simple tunics to corsets tight enough to make breathing a challenge, women's underwear has come a long way. So sit back, grab a cup of tea (or a glass of wine, no judgment here), and let's take a trip down memory lane to see how our undergarments have evolved. The Ancient Greeks and Romans Got Women’s Underwear Right  Let’s start in ancient Greece and Rome, when women wore simple, flowy tunics that served as both underwear and outerwear. These tunics were made from lightweight materials like linen and silk, and were often decorated with beautiful embroidery. While they may not have been the sexiest lingerie, they were definitely the most breathable women’s underwear. Then Medieval Europe Decided to “Upgrade” Women’s Underwear with a Touch of Suffocation  Fast forward to medieval Europe and the introduction of the corset. No longer was it enough to simply cover up, women's underwear now had a new goal—to shape the body (ew). Corsets were made from stiff materials like leather and whalebone and were tied so tightly around the waist that women could hardly move, let alone breathe. But hey, fashion never comes without a little discomfort, right? Well, at least until the invention of Woxer ;). Renaissance Europe Made Women’s Underwear a Tad More Comfy Renaissance Europe brought the chemise, a sleeveless undergarment worn next to the skin. Made from delicate fabrics like silk and lace, the chemise was a foundation garment that helped smooth and shape the body under clothing. It was a step in the right direction, as women finally had an undergarment that wasn't made from tough materials and wasn't tied so tightly that it felt like a medieval torture device. The 19th Century Was a Game-Changer for Women's Underwear  The 19th century was a game-changer for women's underwear with the advent of the sewing machine. This allowed for mass-production of garments, including lingerie, and made women's underwear more accessible to the masses. The corset became even more popular with the introduction of the hourglass figure, which required an even more rigid and structured corset. It was around this time that elastic materials and lighter fabrics were introduced, making women's lingerie a little more comfortable, but not exactly a walk in the park. In the 20th Century, Women’s Underwear Evolved  The early 20th century saw a shift in women's fashion with the flapper style, which emphasized a more relaxed, natural silhouette. Women's underwear became less structured and more practical, with the introduction of the brassiere, which provided support without restricting movement. The brassiere (yep, that means “bra”) was a simple, soft garment made from lightweight materials like cotton or silk, and was designed to support and shape the bust. It was a breath of fresh air for women who were tired of being tied up in corsets. By the 1950s, Women’s Underwear Was Made of Synthetic Materials The 1950s and 1960s saw the introduction of synthetic materials and new designs in women's lingerie. Bras became more functional and fashionable with the introduction of underwire, padded cups, and adjustable straps. Girdles, slips, and stockings were also introduced, taking women's underwear to a new level of fun. In the 1970s, the First Seamless Panties Were Invented  The 1970s and 1980s brought a revolution in women's fashion, with the introduction of new, more comfortable underwear designs. The corset was finally replaced by the girdle, a soft, elastic garment that provided support and control without restricting movement. Seamless bras and panties were also introduced, providing a smooth, streamlined silhouette. Women were finally free to move around. In the 1990s, Women’s Underwear Was All About the Male Gaze  Enter the 1990s to early 2000s, and women’s underwear took a nosedive in comfort. The rise of iconic lingerie brands like Victoria’s Secret took center stage, and thongs became the status quo. Although comfy bras still existed, underwires, push-ups, and padded bras were more commonplace. In short, it was time for a change! Fast-Forward to Today, and the Women’s Underwear Revolution Has Begun Today, women’s underwear is finally embracing the idea that being YOURSELF and being COMFORTABLE are the most important things. Suffering through the day in a thong isn’t as sexy as wearing a buttery soft, form-hugging pair of women’s boxer briefs to the ladies of today. Want to join the revolution? Empty your thong drawer, and give your butt the Woxer hug it deserves.  Read more

7 Reasons Why You Need to Try Woxer is New Bikini Panties

Have you heard the news?! Woxer recently released a new take on bikini panties. They’re made from eco-friendly Lenzing Modal fabric, and they’re about to take your cheeky underwear drawer by storm (for good reason). So, without further ado, here are ten reasons why you NEED to try Woxer bikini panties: #1: You Like Being Super Comfortable, and You Want a Bikini Panty That’s Totally Blissful  Unless you have a penchant for self-punishment, we’re guessing you like to be comfortable. If so, you’ll fall in love with the Lenzing Modal fabric used in every pair of Woxer women’s bikini underwear. Why? Well, Lenzing Modal is incredibly soft and lightweight, making it perfect for no-show cheeky panties. You’ll feel like you're not wearing anything at all, and (even better) the fabric won’t irritate your skin after a long day of wear. #2: You’re Sick of Constantly Replacing Your Bikini Panties Bikini underwear might sometimes be called “cheeky underwear.” But that doesn’t mean you want the wrong part of your cheek showing. If you’re sick of buying women’s bikini underwear only to find that it’s full of holes a few months later, Woxer is your new BFF. That’s because Lenzing Modal fabric is highly durable and will not pill, shrink, or lose its shape over time. This makes it a great investment for your bikini panty drawer. #3: Your Normal Bikini Underwear Makes You Sweat  If you keep going commando because your regular bikini underwear ends up sweaty with an embarrassing odor by the end of the day, listen up: the Lenzing Modal material Woxer uses for bikini panties is basically synonymous with breathability. That’s because Lenzing Modal is made from wood pulp, which is naturally highly breathable. This helps to keep you cool and dry throughout the day, and it’s perfect for people who experience excessive sweating or live in hot climates. #4: You Care About the Environment, and Eco-Friendly Bikini Panties Are Your Jam  Woxer is all about sustainability. That’s why every pair of Woxer bikini underwear is created using Lenzing Modal. Never heard of it? Here’s the scoop: Lenzing Modal is made from beechwood trees that are grown in sustainable forests. The manufacturing process is environmentally friendly and consumes much less water and energy than traditional methods. #5: You Want Bikini Underwear That’s Versatile  Versatility is the spice of life, and Woxer bikini underwear is ready to be your partner in crime for everything. From running errands to a night out on the town, your women’s cheeky underwear can be worn with confidence. Plus, you can take your pick from Woxer is wide range of colors, patterns, and prints to find a style that matches your personal fashion sense.  #6: A Bikini Panty That’s Actually Supportive Sounds Really Good to You  While Woxer bikini panties are designed to be comfortable and versatile, they also provide a high level of support. The waistband and leg openings of every pair of Woxer bikini underwear are designed to keep your underwear in place, even when you're on the move. This support helps to reduce the appearance of panty lines, providing a smooth and seamless look under your clothes. Most importantly, the elastic waistband and leg openings of Woxer bikini underwear hug your curves, but do not dig into your skin, preventing uncomfortable rubbing. #7: You’re Ready to Upgrade from Cotton Bikini Panties (Or You Will Be When You Read This…) If you already own women’s bikini underwear, they’re probably made from cotton. So, let’s talk about cotton (and why Lenzing Modal is the healthier choice). First up, cotton manufacturing is notorious for producing harmful chemicals and pesticides, which leads to contamination of soil and water sources. On top of that, chemicals used during the processing and manufacturing of cotton products can cause skin irritation and other health problems. And last (but far from least) the widespread use of cotton, along with its often unsustainable farming practices, can lead to soil degradation, water scarcity, and deforestation.  In contrast, Lenzing Modal is produced and farmed sustainably, and it produces fewer chemical emissions (hello, healthier planet, healthier you.) This wouldn’t be a blog post without a conclusion, right? But honestly, you don’t need us to tell you the conclusion here! Get yourself some Woxer bikini panties, and rock your best self with eco-friendly comfort, versatility, and support. Add a few pairs to your undies drawer today, and be sure to leave a review ;).  Read more

10 Facts You Need To Know About Women's Boxers | Woxer

Here Are 10 Facts You Should Know Before Buying Women's Boxers Are you thinking about buying women's boxers? Perhaps your wardrobe is in desperate need of an upgrade and you're starting with the essentials. Or maybe you haven't bought new underwear in quite a while. Whatever the reason may be, you'll want to learn a few facts about women's boxers. For starters, boxers for women have gained more popularity in recent years because they're a lot more comfortable than traditional panties. Plus, they're a lot looser and provide more coverage. Women's boxers are great for extra warmth, avoiding panty lines, and reducing bunching in certain areas. Below, you'll learn 10 fun facts that you should know before you buy women's boxers.   1. It's highly recommended to own 20 to 35 pairs of underwear. The majority of women own around 21 pairs of underwear, and it's recommended that one should have around 20 to 35 pairs. This is simply due to the fact that underwear requires frequent changing, sometimes several times a day depending on how often you work out and take a shower.   2. Modal fabric is a lot more breathable than cotton. Our line of women's underwear is made of a sustainable fabric called modal. It's a lot more breathable than cotton. And it has moisture-wicking and anti-chafing properties. Our women's boxers also have five percent elastane which makes them extremely stretchy and comfortable.   3. Bloomers are the earliest form of women's boxers. The earliest form of women's boxers were baggy underpants known as "knickers" or "bloomers." These were incredibly popular from the 1910s to the 1930s.   4. Women's boxers with moisture-wicking fabric can help avoid skin irritation. Moisture can cause skin irritation and even attract bacteria. It's important to wear fabric that wicks moisture and isn't too tight in order to prevent rashes or other issues. Avoid synthetic fabrics that aren't breathable, especially since you'll be wearing them around sensitive areas. Some waistbands even cause contact dermatitis or other skin conditions. It's important to choose the right underwear to avoid issues.   5. Most issues with underwear can be solved by wearing a different size. You've probably heard of the statistic about how most women are wearing the wrong bra size. The same can be said when it comes to issues with underwear. If there's excessive bunching, then you may just need to size down. When you find your underwear riding up, then you might want to size up. Of course, it also depends on the style of underwear.   6. Underwear with fewer seams is the most comfortable solution for your skin. The best part about seamless underwear is the fact that it doesn't cause any irritation or feel too tight. Woxer boxers for women have seamless backs and sides to ensure the most comfortable fit all day, every day. It's so comfortable that you'll forget you're even wearing underwear. Plus, the soft fabric makes it a great choice no matter what you're planning to do for the day.   7. Boxers that are too tight can cause acid reflux or poor blood circulation. When you wear underwear that is too tight, it can cause a multitude of issues. For example, your thighs might experience poor blood circulation if the fabric is too constricting. Or you could experience acid reflux if the waistband is too tight. That's why we pride ourselves on our stay-put waistband and roomy inseams that allow for a comfortable fit around the legs.   8. You can prevent chafing simply by choosing the right women's boxers. If you're having issues with chafing, then you may just need to find the right underwear that prevents you from experiencing these issues. For example, the Biker underwear from our line of women's boxers has a nine-inch inseam that prevents your thighs from rubbing together and causing discomfort.   9. It's best to avoid washing underwear in harsh chemicals. It's important to avoid washing your underwear in harsh chemicals simply because you'll be wearing them around sensitive areas. Some detergents, dryer sheets, and fabric softeners have toxic chemicals. These can be harmful to the body, so it's important to choose non-toxic varieties.   10. Underwear has a shelf life. While women's underwear doesn't come with an expiration date, it's important to replace your underwear when the elastic starts to get loose or when there's breakage or holes. If you haven't replaced your underwear in years and they're no longer fitting right, you'll want to start browsing for your next few pairs.   At Woxer, we've created a line of boxers for women that are made to empower people of all genders. Raise your current standards for underwear with a lightweight, breathable pair of women's boxers from Woxer. Read more

It has no additional fee for being environmentally friendly or a green fabric. Woxer Packaging details/benefits:Our bags are made from plant materials and non-toxic compostable resin. They biodegrade in a landfill, so you can take them with your food scrap or garden waste for disposing of it at an industrial facility. Just remove any labels first before throwing them away. How long will it take to compost?Studies have shown that our bags completely decompose in a commercial composting environment within 90 days, and in a backyard composting environment within 180 days. It also leaves no chemicals or compounds that can cause problems to the environment. Our product, then, complies with both domestic and commercial certifier standards, such as BPI, Vincotte, and Dincerto. Another plus? As a result, the only residue that our bags leave behind is beneficial to the soil and to plant growth.  We are not wasteful. Stop Fast Fashion! Earth Day is a great opportunity to think about how we can be more sustainable, not only in our lifestyle, but in the clothes we wear. Fast fashion is the rapid manufacturing of low-quality, synthetic fabrics that produce high volumes of clothing in a short amount of time. It is the second largest polluter of our earth. Fast fashion is also known to have poor working conditions and low wages for their employees. It is damaging all around. Fast fashion brands are easy to spot. They are the ones that follow trends, have extremely low prices and sales, use plastic fabrics (polyester, spandex, viscose), and launch new products every 3-6 days.  What we can do is support local brands that are sustainable in their production and materials. Say no to polluting the environment and start wearing clothes that are eco-friendly! Why doesn’t Woxer over produce? Our warehouse would be full of overproduction, and we wouldn’t have any space for new collections. We only produce what we need to avoid wasting unnecessary water, materials, energy, and more waste the earth doesn’t need. This is why our base colors are restocked based on demand. Why does Woxer release  limited edition collections?Every month, we release a new collection. Making them limited edition allows us to introduce more colors and designs per year without overproducing. The overproduction of textile is one of the top pollutants on the earth. -Thank you for being part of our global community that is working together to make this world better. Together, we can take small steps and have big impacts! We all have a part to play in the preservation of our planet. The change starts with YOU. Read more

How To Choose the Right Underwear for Your Body Type | Woxer

Choosing the Best Underwear for Your Body If you want to feel confident in your skin, then you may want to start with choosing the right underwear for your body type. Your underwear serves as the foundation of your wardrobe, and it's important that it makes you feel like the best version of yourself. Whether you're interested in wearing boy shorts, boxer briefs, or boxers, you'll find different types of undies at Woxer that are flattering on your body type.   Women's boxers have gained popularity recently simply because they're designed for leisure, and they help people feel more comfortable in their skin. We founded Woxer to fill a gap in the women's underwear market and soon realized that it was a great way to empower people of all genders who were having trouble finding better options. Because we believe that everyone deserves comfort and style, we created boxers for women in hopes to foster self-confidence in a way that's bold and authentic. Here's how to choose the right undies for your body type.   Pear or Hourglass Body Type These two body types are usually defined by a smaller waist and wider hips. People with hourglass or pear shape body types usually experience issues with underwear creeping up the back due to a rounded bottom half and fuller hips. It's important for people with pear or hourglass body types to choose underwear with more coverage. If you have thicker thighs, it's best to choose undies with more of a leg opening. this prevents ride-ups or wedgies. The best choice for this body type would be our Star underwear. These boxers for women are one of the most sought-after products in our line. It has a three-inch inseam to reduce the potential of wedgies and it's still discreet enough to wear under short skirts, pants, and other types of clothing.   Apple Body Type Someone whose body usually has a rounder stomach and a smaller bum typically fall into this category. It's best to choose underwear with a reliable elastic waistband but still isn't too restrictive. Our High-Waisted Baller boxers are long enough to provide good coverage but still short enough to remove bulk and prevent any bunching. People with this body type usually have issues with the waistband rolling down. The Baller has a higher rise on the waist to provide coverage and comfort around the stomach and waistline. It also has a five-inch inseam for a comfortable feel throughout the day.   Rectangle or Athletic Body Type People with this body type usually have a shorter rise, so it's a lot easier to choose underwear. Specific types of briefs might cause bunching behind. That's why it's important to prioritize choosing the right size. The Baller underwear would be a great option for its comfortable waistband. It's made from modal fabric, which is softer than cotton, moisture-wicking, and fade-resistant. The Biker underwear is also a great option, with its nine-inch inseam that hugs your legs comfortably.   Inverted Triangle Body Type The inverted triangle body type can usually be defined by a heavier top half with a narrow bottom half. With this shape, it's usually best to stay away from anything that's too high-waisted. This can make the torso look shorter. The Stud has a mid-rise waistband that skims the body, so there are no issues with a rolling waistband or spillage. These women's boxers are resistant to shrinkage, easy to wash, and more breathable than cotton. The three-inch inseam is flattering on the inverted triangle body type. Woxer's are boxers for women that are made with sustainable fabric. It's moisture-wicking, soft, and resistant to fading. The waistband has superior elasticity and you'll find that the Modal material is breathable, lightweight, and feels like it's barely there. Feel comfortable, confident, and empowered to be your most authentic self with Woxers. Read more
