Orders

We're hustling behind the scenes to get your Woxer to you ASAP!

Once payment and stock is confirmed, our team will start packing your order:

  • Orders placed between Monday and Friday are shipped within 3-5 business days.
  • For Friday - Sunday orders, hang tight. We need 3-5 business days from Monday to get your Woxer out the door.

Once we've sent your Woxer off into the world, we'll send you an email with all the tracking details.

Placing multiple orders in one day?

Nice! We’ll send you a separate email confirmation for each order — but we’ll bundle all your orders together to ship in one parcel, with the same tracking number.

Keep an eye on your inbox for those tracking deets!

Taxes will be added to your order according to the laws of your shipping destination. This keeps everything above board and accounted for.

Please note: the tax amount you see at checkout is an estimate. It might not match the final tally exactly because tax rates can vary based on the origin and destination of your purchase.

Credit Cards:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards and installment plans. Your card will be charged as soon as your order is placed.

PayPal:
Opting for PayPal at checkout will take you to the PayPal site. Log in, review your order, and click ‘Pay Now.' Once the transaction is complete, you'll return to woxer.com.

Pay in installments with Afterpay and Shop Pay:
Just a heads up, the approval for any payment plan or installment isn't in our hands—it's up to the payment provider. If you apply and get declined, you'll need to reach out to Afterpay or Shop Pay directly for more details.

Afterpay:
During checkout, select Afterpay as your payment method. You'll be directed to the Afterpay website to register and provide your payment details. If you're already an Afterpay user, simply log in to your account and complete your order.

Shop Pay:
With Shop Pay, you have the option to pay in full upfront or in installments over time.

Sorry, once your order is placed, we are unable to make any changes to the contents or shipping address. We can only ship to the address entered at checkout.

If you wish to add an extra item, please place a new order.

Once your order’s in, we can’t change or cancel it.

During busy times, we may have to cancel your order if inventory runs out. But no worries, we'll refund you ASAP.

At the moment, we don't have discreet packaging options available. Please choose a delivery location where you are comfortable receiving your order.

To receive your Woxer by December 24th, please place your order before the following holiday shipping cutoff times:

  • Express shipping: Order by December 18th at 8:59 am EST.
  • International shipping: Please place your order by December 4th at 8:59 am EST.

Adhering to these dates gives your gifts the best chance to arrive on time.

  2. Scroll down to your subscription box and click “manage”
  3. Select your color and click “save changes”

How to add a one-time add-on to your monthly box:

Add-ons ship with your Subscription Box as a one time order, and are not recurring (they are only charged once.)

1. Login to the account and scroll through the products. Once you find the one you like, click “ONE-TIME ADD”

2. Select the type of product (top or bottoms), style, size and color and click on "Add Once"

3. Our team will reserve the item to go out with your next subscription. You’ll be able to see the one-time add at the bottom of the subscription dashboard.

Swapping a pair is extremely easy! You can swap styles, sizes, and colors.

In order to swap a pair, all you have to do is follow these simple steps. If you have multiple subscriptions and you would like to swap them all, you need to do it individually.

  1. Click "manage" below your subscription box.
  2. Click "style" to swap style, click "size" to swap size, or click "color" to swap color. You can change them all, or just one.

Congratulations, you'll now receive your new item!

You always have the option of logging into your account and selecting the color that is sent to you. If you do not login and select a color 3 days before your ship date, our team will select a color from our latest collection.

We’ll look at your subscription history to ensure we don’t repeat colors. However, we will never change the style or size. If you want a new style or size, please login and make the change.

Definitely! In order to skip a month all you have to do is follow these 2 easy steps. If you have multiple subscriptions, you need to do it individually for each one.

  1. Click "manage" below your subscription box

  2. Click "subscription settings or the gear icon" and hit "Skip this month"

Voila! You won't be charged for this month.

Once you skip your subscription, any color you previously reserved will no longer be reserved. If you want to reserve a color, please re-select it before the next month. If you change your mind and need new underwear sooner, login and click "ship now".

Update your payment method in two simple steps:

  1. Under your subscription box, you'll see a payment method. Click "update".

  2. Our system will automatically send you an email with a link to "confirm payment information". Choose the payment method linked to your Woxer subscription.

That's it! You've updated your credit card.

To change your address, follow these steps:

  1. Login to your account
  2. Scroll down and click on "Update" under shipping info
  3. Fill out your new address and click "save"

All done! Your next Woxer will arrive at the updated address.

You can cancel your subscription at any time, right on your subscription portal. Simply log into your account. Getting too many pairs? Email us at hello@woxer.com.

Cancel in 3 easy steps:
*If you have multiple Subscription Boxes, you will need to cancel each one individually.

  1. Click "Manage" below your subscription box.
  2. Click "Subscription Settings" on the top right drop down tab and select "Cancel this subscription and delete box".
  3. Scroll down, select the reason you want to cancel, and click "cancel subscription".

Don't forget once you delete your subscription, you lose all your membership perks — including 25% off our entire store!

To decrease the number of Woxer subscriptions while still keeping one or a few, follow these steps:

  1. Login to your account at https://woxer.com/account/login.
  2. Scroll down to locate the multiple subscription boxes. To reduce the number of subscriptions, cancel the ones you do not want to keep. Click on "manage" under the subscription box you wish to cancel.
  3. Next, click on "settings" in the top right corner and select "cancel this subscription”
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and choose the reason for canceling.
  5. Check the box to confirm the cancellation.
  6. Finally, click on "cancel subscription”

Repeat this process until you have the desired number of subscriptions.

Shipping

You'll get a shipping confirmation and tracking number from hello@woxer.com once your order's left our warehouse. Heads up: tracking links usually take 48-72 business hours to generate.

In the U.S: Shipping is free.
Canada: Free shipping with orders over $99.
Rest of the world:Free shipping with orders over $150.

Keep in mind international orders may have import taxes and fees from your local customs authority. For questions about fees or customs, contact the shipping courier directly.

If your item is returned to us due to unpaid taxes or duties, shipping fees will not be refunded.

Starting October 2023: U.S. orders will have mandatory taxes applied.

We ship everywhere in the world, including P.O. Boxes and military locations.

International orders are shipped using a variety of optimized carriers. Rates and options are calculated at checkout.

For countries outside of the U.S., we do not collect duties and taxes on your order, as they are determined and collected from you by your local customs authority.

International Orders

All international orders may be subject to import taxes and other fees charged by the local customs authority. Woxer has no control over these fees and will not cover or reimburse costs assigned by your location.

Sales tax and duties are applied by your country for purchases from the U.S. If your local customs authority is unable to contact you to collect the taxes and duties due on your purchase and the item is returned to us, you will not be eligible for a refund of the shipping fees.

U.S. Orders

Mandatory U.S. taxes will be assigned to U.S. orders starting October 23.

The following five states are tax exempt:

  • Minnesota
  • New Jersey
  • Pennsylvania
  • Vermont
  • Delaware

At the moment, we do not offer gift or discreet wrapping, but it's a feature we are looking to offer in the future. For now, please ensure you choose a delivery location where you are comfortable receiving your order.

During the holiday season, our shipping materials may have seasonal designs, but they aren't meant for gift wrapping. Multiple orders may be merged and shipped together in a single package, thus making them unsuitable for gift wrapping. We cannot provide extra packaging materials for gift-giving.

After your order has shipped, please contact your carrier for any issues with delays or package theft. Check your order confirmation email to see which carrier is handling your package.

Woxer is not liable to replace or refund orders due to loss or theft if they are scanned as delivered by our carriers.

If your order is delayed, past the estimated delivery date, missing, or marked delivered but you did not receive it, contact the shipping carrier immediately and allow 3-4 business days for an update from them.

Please note we are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or delayed returns. Only a successful delivery of your order will prompt a refund. Once we receive your return and verify the quality, we will process your refund to the payment method used on the original order. We are not responsible for any change in exchange rates and do not refund any fees associated with such charges.

To request a cancellation or order change, email us at hello@woxer.com. We will respond to your email. If your order is already processed, consider reaching out to the postal carrier to update the address or set up mail forwarding. If the order is returned to us, a full refund will be issued.

Once your refund has been processed, it will take 4-7 business days to reflect in your account. You will receive an email notification as soon as your refund is processed.

Design & Materials

Woxer is proud to be an eco-conscious and sustainable brand. Our core collection is made from modal, a supersoft and breathable material made from renewable resources.

Woxer is 95% modal and 5% elastane, spun from Lenzing Modal yarn. Modal is a sustainable and bio-based fabric made from beechwood trees. The beech tree wood pulp is spun into supersoft fabric. It’s an eco-friendly alternative to cotton because beech trees are self-propagating, fast growing, and don’t require artificial irrigation. Modal-based products use 10-20 times less water than cotton. Our modal fabric is OEKO-TEX® certified, which guarantees the garment is free from 350 harmful substances.

Modal is also more breathable than polyester, nylon, and lycra. It’s just as soft on you as it is on the planet.

Yes! Modal is much softer and very breathable. It is also 50% more absorbent than cotton, so moisture is absorbed and wicked away from the skin more effectively than with cotton.

Bralettes

Yes! We offer our original Boss and Icon style, for a more relaxed and lighter support. Boss & Icon 2.0 offer unlined light to medium support. They’re designed to hug your curves with total comfort for low to medium-impact workouts.
Our Boss 2.0 and Icon 2.0 are triple-layered in the front for an extra boost of comfort and coverage. They do not have cups or underwire. Our original Boss and Icon are lighter for a more relaxed fit. If you want a more relaxed fit opt for our original "light" design.
Yes! The bralettes are made from naturally derived materials and are safe for extended fabric-to-skin contact. They are ultra-breathable, made of 95% modal and 5% elastane, using only Lenzing Modal yarn.

Modal is a sustainable fabric made from beechwood trees. It’s a bio-based fabric made from spinning beech tree cellulose. It’s considered an eco-friendly alternative to cotton. Modal requires less water and energy to produce. It’s also more breathable than polyester, nylon, and lycra.

Care instructions

To keep your Woxers looking and feeling their best, take a little extra TLC when washing and drying:

  • Machine wash cold
  • Air drying is best. Tumble dry on low is second best — never use high heat!
  • Don’t wash with clothes that have rivets or hardware
  • Avoid washing with other clothes that shed
  • Do not bleach!

For best results, we recommend washing with laundry bags and on the delicates cycle.

Payments

Woxer displays and collects payments in USD.

If you are purchasing from a different country other than the U.S., we recommend checking the conversion rate before purchasing as exchange rates fluctuate daily.

At checkout, you will see the amount in USD. Your bank will convert the price using their exchange rate. The deduction from your bank account will be in your currency.

Note: Many banks collect a conversion fee for handling transactions in another currency.

You can enter your promo code under “Order Summary” at check out. Once you hit “Apply” it will automatically be applied to your purchase.

If your promo code won’t apply or you get an error message, this may be why:

  • You’ve already used the code. Our promo codes can only be used once, so if you’ve used the code before, it won’t work again.

  • The items aren’t eligible. Check the terms and conditions of the code, and make sure the items in your bag aren’t excluded items. Some codes exclude packs and subscription orders.

  • The code has expired. Check the end date of the code, as some of them run for a limited time or expire after a set period.
Yes, sustainability is key! Woxer gift cards are delivered via email.
