Orders

Woxer is sold at Woxer Official Website, Amazon.com, TikTok Woxer Shop, Target.com and Nordstrom.com.

Credit Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards and installment plans. Your card will be charged as soon as your order is placed.

PayPal
Opting for PayPal at checkout will take you to the PayPal site. Log in, review your order, and click ‘Pay Now.' Once the transaction is complete, you'll return to Woxer website.

Pay in installments with Afterpay or Shop Pay
The approval for any payment plan or installment isn't in our hands, it's up to the payment provider. If you apply and get declined, you'll need to reach out to Afterpay or Shop Pay directly for more details.

Taxes will be added to your order according to the laws of your shipping destination. This keeps everything above board and accounted for.

Important: the tax amount you see at checkout is an estimate. It might not match the final tally exactly because tax rates can vary based on the origin and destination of your purchase.

Discreet packaging

At the moment, we don't have discreet packaging options available. Please choose a delivery location where you are comfortable receiving your order.

Gift Wrap

We don't offer extra packaging materials for wrapping gifts. Your Woxer may arrive in some festive packaging during the holiday season. If you place multiple orders, they might be bundled together in one package, which may not be ideal for gift giving.

We’re working hard behind the scenes to make sure your Woxer reaches you as quickly as possible. Once payment and stock are confirmed, our team will start packing your order.

Orders placed between Monday and Friday are shipped within 3-5 business days.

Orders placed over the weekend, will be processed on Monday and shipped within 3-5 business days.

You’ll receive the tracking link within 24-48 hours after we start processing your order.

Some products may have longer processing times. These will be noted on the product or cart page upon purchase.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination. During the checkout process, you will be provided with an estimated delivery date based on your selected shipping method and destination.

U.S. Delivery

Standard Free Shipping: delivery typically takes 5–7 business days.

Express Shipping: delivery typically takes 2-3 business days.

U.S. Territories and APO/DPO sites

Standard Free Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: delivery typically takes 10 business days.

Standard Free Shipping to Guam and APO/FPO locations: delivery typically takes 10 business days.

International Orders

Typically delivered within 8 -14 business days once the order has been fulfilled. Once your order has been fulfilled, the estimated delivery date will be shown on your tracking page.

Please note shipping times vary depending on destination and shipping method selected.

Once your order is placed, we can’t make changes or updates - including address changes.

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can try reaching out to us right away here, and we’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee changes.

If we can’t catch your address change in time, your best bet is to reach out to USPS directly so they can update or reroute the package for you. For orders shipped with On Track or ACI, we recommend trying to retrieve the package by contacting their support team directly.

Once we've sent your Woxer off into the world, we'll send you an email with all the tracking details.

If you place multiple orders a day, we’ll bundle all your orders together to ship in one parcel, with the same tracking number.

Your order may arrive in separate shipments, If so you will receive an e-mail notification for each shipment with a unique tracking link.

You can enter your discount code at checkout. Once you hit “Apply” it will automatically be applied to your purchase.

Please note that codes can’t be combined with other active promotions, no exceptions. This also applies to all the sales and bundled discounts automatically applied by our website.

Our discount codes can only be used once, so if you’ve used the code before, it won’t work again.

Check the terms and conditions of the code, and make sure the items in your bag aren’t excluded items.

Some discount codes exclude packs and subscription orders and some codes have expiration dates.

Military discount code

For military discounts, please contact our customer service team, and they will be able to help. You must check out with your e-mail address to get a 20% on your order.

Woxer gift cards are delivered via email.

A gift card holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order. Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which can include taxes and shipping.

Gift cards never expire. They are the perfect present!

Gift cards are non-refundable and final sale

Redeem your gift card by entering its unique code at checkout. This code isn't case sensitive.

If you’re looking to redeem a gift card for a subscription order, please contact us, and we will be able to assist.

During the holidays, we work hard to make sure your orders and gifts arrive on time. To help you plan ahead, please be aware of the shipping options and cut-off dates below.

If your package stops moving, it is usually clearing customs and will resume transit shortly. Weather or customs processing may cause occasional delays. Your tracking page will always reflect the latest updates.

Woxer displays and collects payments in USD.

If you are purchasing from a different country other than the U.S., we recommend checking the conversion rate before purchasing as exchange rates fluctuate daily. At checkout, you will see the amount in USD. Your bank will convert the price using their exchange rate. The deduction from your bank account will be in your currency.

Note: Many banks collect a conversion fee for handling transactions in another currency.

Woxer is not liable to replace or refund orders due to loss or theft if they are scanned as delivered by our carriers.

If your order is delayed, past the estimated delivery date, missing, or marked delivered but you did not receive it, contact the shipping carrier immediately and allow 3–4 business days for an update from them.

Return Policy

Fall in Love Guarantee

If it’s your first Woxer order or your first time trying a new style and you aren’t 100% in love, send it back to us within 45 days of delivery. While our standard policy allows returns within 45 days after delivery, please note that exclusions may apply to sale or special orders. Item must be in original condition and packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if we detect possible fraud or misuse of our return policy, including unusually frequent returns.

Refunds are subject to a $5 processing fee, deducted from your refund. This processing fee helps cover restocking and quality checks.

Mystery Packs, Surprise Packs, and Gift Cards are always final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Refunds issued after 45 days will be processed as a gift card.

If you purchased Woxer products from a third-party website or retail platform, please refer to their return policy, as these purchases are subject to their own terms and conditions.

Woxer is unable to process returns or exchanges for items purchased outside of www.woxer.com.

  • Print your pre-paid shipping label and pack your item securely (original packaging is best). You can also generate a QR code for drop off if it is available in your location.
  • Important: Each order needs its own return label. Don’t combine multiple orders into one package.
  • Drop your package at the carrier location shown in your label.
  • Once we receive and check your item, we’ll email you and process your refund or exchange quickly.
  • Return window: 45 days from delivery.

International returns

How to add a one-time add-on to your monthly box:

Add-ons ship with your Subscription Box as a one time order, and are not recurring (they are only charged once?.

1. Login to the account and scroll through the products. Once you find the one you like, click “ONE-TIME ADD”

2. Select the type of product (top or bottoms), style, size and color and click on "Add Once"

3. Our team will reserve the item to go out with your next subscription. You’ll be able to see the one-time add at the bottom of the subscription dashboard.

Swapping a pair is extremely easy! You can swap styles, sizes, and colors.

In order to swap a pair, all you have to do is follow these simple steps. If you have multiple subscriptions and you would like to swap them all, you need to do it individually.

  1. Click "EDIT" next to the item you wish to edit.
  2. A pop-up window will appear, select your edits then click on "SAVE CHANGES".
  3. To swap the style click on "WANT TO SWITCH FOR ANOTHER STYLE?" then select your preferences and click on "SAVE CHANGES"..

Congratulations, you'll now receive your new item!

You always have the option of logging into your account and selecting the color that is sent to you. If you do not login and select a color 3 days before your ship date, our team will select a color from our latest collection.

We’ll look at your subscription history to ensure we don’t repeat colors. However, we will never change the style or size. If you want a new style or size, please login and make the change.

Definitely! In order to skip a month all you have to do is follow these 2 easy steps. If you have multiple subscriptions, you need to do it individually for each one.

  1. Click "SKIP THIS BOX" below your subscription box

  2. A pop up screen will appear, then click on "SKIP" and let the changes load.

Voila! You won't be charged for this month.

Once you skip your subscription, any color you previously reserved will no longer be reserved. If you want to reserve a color, please re-select it before the next month. If you change your mind and need new underwear sooner, login and click "ship now".

Update your payment method in two simple steps:

  1. Under your subscription box, you'll see a payment method. Click "EDIT", you will then be emailed a link to the email associated with your account. Once you get that email (note if you do not see it check your spam and trash folder for the email with subject line "Update your payment method for Woxer" and click on "view payment information". A new page will load, fill out the entires then click on "UPDATE CARD".

That's it! You've updated your credit card.

To change your address, follow these steps:

  1. Login to your account
  2. Find the subscription address you wish to update, click on "EDIT"
  3. Enter your new address and click on "SAVE CHANGES"

All done! Your next Woxer will arrive at the updated address.

You can cancel your subscription at any time, right on your subscription portal. Simply log into your account. Getting too many pairs? Email us at hello@woxer.com.

Cancel in 3 easy steps:
*If you have multiple Subscription Boxes, you will need to cancel each one individually.

  1. Find the item(s) you want to cancel then click on "CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION"

Don't forget once you delete your subscription, you lose all your membership perks — including 25% off our entire store!

To decrease the number of Woxer subscriptions while still keeping one or a few, follow these steps:

  1. Login to your account at https://woxer.com/account/login.
  2. Locate the item you need removed and click on "EDIT"
  3. A page pop-up will appear and then click on "Cancel Subscription”

Repeat this process until you have the desired number of subscriptions.

Design & Materials

Woxer is proud to be an eco-conscious and sustainable brand. Our core collection is made from modal, a supersoft and breathable material made from renewable resources.

Woxer is 95% modal and 5% elastane, spun from Lenzing Modal yarn.

Modal is a sustainable and bio-based fabric made from beechwood trees. The beech tree wood pulp is spun into supersoft fabric. It’s an eco-friendly alternative to other materials because beech trees are self-propagating, fast growing, and don’t require artificial irrigation.

Our modal fabric is OEKO-TEX® certified, which guarantees the garment is free from 350 harmful substances.

Modal is also more breathable than synthetics. It’s just as soft on you as it is on the planet.

We also offer styles in Luxe Micromodal, Pima Cotton Rib, Flex Active and Woven cotton.

All of our factories are WRAP-certified, which guarantees Woxer is manufactured by workers with safe working conditions and fair wages.

Yes, no pollutants here. Woxer’s modal fabric is OEKO-TEX® certified, which guarantees the garment is free from 350 harmful substances.

We care about how Woxer is made, and our factories are WRAP Certified to guarantee that 100% of our production is performed under safe conditions for a fair wage. No child labor and no sweatshops, ever. We’re also committed to protecting the environment through our production processes and are ISO 14001 Environmental Management Certified.

  • GOTS: Global Organic Textile Standard defines requirements to ensure organic status of textiles, from harvesting of the raw materials, through environmentally and socially responsible manufacturing up to labeling in order to provide a credible assurance.
  • GRS: The Global Recycled Standard (GRS) is a voluntary product standard for tracking and verifying the content of recycled materials in a final product.

To keep your Woxers looking and feeling their best, follow the instructions below:

  • Machine wash cold
  • Air drying is best. Tumble dry on low is second best, never use high heat!
  • Don’t wash with clothes that have rivets or hardware
  • Avoid washing with other clothes that shed
  • Do not bleach!
  • For best results, we recommend washing with laundry bags and on the delicates cycle
